This was for the male half of Bengela, who had his fancy dress birthday party on the weekend. The theme included mad scientists and South America, so I used that as my inspiration to some extent.
Images stained with antique linen vintage ink and cut out carefully. Card used for laying has been embossed with the Tim Holtz steampunk embossing folder and sanded back. Tattered flowers layered in the corner, edged with ink. Layer all onto white cardstock.
Vintage images stained with ink and layered as a strip across the top. Page edged with burgundy ink, text and texturing stamped in burgundy ink.
Left and lower edge swiped with ink. texture block used to stamp around the edges. Strip of vintage images stained with ink then layered along bottom of envelope. Two tattered flowers layered together and attached to top left corner with gem in centre.
